My son is verbal and needs someone to help him stay focused and on task. It is a very active class and he loves it. He has been attending for about four months now. Experience with working with a child with autism is necessary. He is not agressive. The idea is to eventually wein yourself away from him so that he is independent in the class. This may take several months. Must be willing to wear karate outfit that I will purcase.

You may have to break down some of the steps or show him which leg/hand to use. The class is geared for 3-5 year olds so it is pretty easy to learn. His younger brother is also in the class. He is four.

Classes are 45 minutes long. We can go to any two per classes per week. We usually go to the Tues Thurs at 4:15 can can be flexible.

Monday at 5:00
Tuesday 4:15
Wednesday 4:15 and 5:45
Thursday 4:15 and 6:30 (the 6:30 is too late for him)
