Summary:
• Position will be part of a purification and formulation process development team
• Responsibilities will include assisting in the development of purification processes utilizing standard methods including chromatography and tangential flow filtration
• Monitoring and analyzing target proteins using methods such as SDS-PAGE, Western blot, BCA and Bradford assay; technology transfer and assist in maintaining the laboratory.
• Other responsibilities will include generation of development batch records, product reports and other forms of documentation.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Biochemistry
• Experience using AKTA Explorers and AKTA Crossflow or Uniflux TFF systems preferred.
• Experience with DOE also desirable.
