Fruit Fillings for Bakery and Dairy
Rewarding position with top food company. Will report to the R & D Manager and will manage own projects as well as cross training and managing other staff members.
Will be responsible for:
• Developing formulations for bakery and dairy divisions
• Scale up formulations in R & D pilot plant
• Oversee production trials
• Support manufacturing with process trouble shooting
• Establish solid working relationship with Sales & Marketing
Must be proficient in Word, Excel, SAP, Lotus Notes and laboratory formulating programs.
