*Recruit students for a technical school and respond to incoming calls from inquiring students, provide program information.

*Address issues or concerns raised by students or parents of students regarding cost, finances, dress code, curriculum, tutoring, testing procedures or cancellation policy

*Conduct followup calls to ensure enrollment, effectively and accurately communicate school policies, processes and procedures relating to the various student support services which includes part time & graduate employment, financing aid and housing.

*Conduct virtual tours of school campus and maintain records of inbound and outbound calls.
