Vendor/Advertising Sales
owners of a network of media properties focused on educating information security and risk management professionals in vertical industries, is looking for a vendor/advertising sales associate to work full-time in our Princeton, NJ corporate headquarters.
This position is based in Princeton, NJ - DO NOT apply if you cannot work every day in our Princeton office.
The Vendor/Advertising Salesperson would be responsible for selling media sponsorships on BankInfoSecurity.com, CUInfoSecurity.com, GovInfoSecurity.com, and the current suite of online media properties maintained by Information Security Media Group. The Vendor/Advertising Salesperson would be calling on prospects within the technology and security industries to promote our sponsorship and lead-generation advertising and marketing programs.
Duties include:
Aggressively calling on prospects (marketing personnel) at vendor companies who may have interest in sponsoring content or advertising
Networking with prospects to find other relevant contacts who may have interest in sponsorship/advertising opportunities
Selling a variety of sponsorship/advertising options including:
Sponsorships/Brand Awareness:
Banner ads
eHandbook ads
Enews sponsorships
Text link ads
Vendor Directory listings
Lead Generation
White papers
Webinars
Podcasts
Custom content
Must haves:
Excellent communication skills
Minimum 5-10 years experience vendor/advertising sales
Good grasp of technologies and computers to streamline prospecting and reporting functions
