I have relocated to South Jersey and am interested in either a rental swap (minimum 12 months) or home swap. I have a beautiful pool home one block from one of Florida's best beaches. It is a quiet neighborhood, a great 3/2 home with large lot and screened in pool, fireplace, Florida room, new kitchen with granite, all tile etc etc. In a swap I would be looking for a home in the $400 K range.
