And, these same bayside beaches are also pet-friendly as long as leash and cleanup laws are observed. Bayside beaches are not lifeguard protected.

The house is very comfortable, very clean, and very well-equipped. You will find four nicely decorated bedrooms including a new, large master bedroom that fronts the bay. All four bedrooms are newly carpeted too(Nov.2008). The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you'll need. You just bring the food and beverages.

We even provide complimentary high speed internet service, local and long distance phone service, cable TV in the living room and all four bedrooms, and four (4) beach tags for your use for any times you choose to go to the lifeguard protected beaches in Cape May City.

You'll enjoy a real seashore feel in this house. Have your morning coffee and evening cocktails on the front deck watching the bay, the birds, the porpoises, the sunsets, and the world go by. You'll see why our past guests have all raved about their vacation experience at our great place on the Delaware Bay. (Want to locate it on a map? Just find the southern-most tip of South Jersey and go one mile north along the Delaware Bay and you'll know where we are.)

We've owned the house since January, 2005 and have renovated many things since then. We've recently added central AC, new windows, new leather furniture in the LR, new decks on the front and back, a new roof, and a full remodel of the garage. Right now we are installing new carpeting and combining the two front bedrooms into a single master bedroom facing the bay. Wait until you see this!! And there are still three more nicely decorated bedrooms in the house.

Worried about being disppointed by renting a place on-line without walking through it first? Well, several of our guests have told us that they were indeed surprised, but by how much nicer the house was in person than from the pictures. If you are so inclined and live in the region, we welcome you to stop by the see the house and walk through if you like. Just call or email us in advance to make the arrangements.

So, if the Cape May area appeals to you, please consider renting this very nice bayfront home instead of staying in a hotel or motel room looking out at nothing. You'll will be very glad that you did.

Our condo is right on 9th street, so basically you park and can walk everywhere. Its a 3 bedroom 2 bath and sleeps 10 in the bedrooms and of course you could have someone sleep on the sofa. If you are a responsible group we will rent to you. What we mean by RESPONSIBLE IS, two years ago the place after being totally redone was destroyed so last year we totally redid again. After that we have had seniors rent that were very good - NO holes in walls, furniture wrecked, things broken, etc. SO AS LONG AS YOUR A RESPONSIBLE GROUP we have no problem with renting. You must have someone who is 18 (adult) and if there are anyone under 18, of course the adult is responsible. ANYWAY, group rentals for senior week are usually a per person per night price. So if you let me know the dates and the number of people I can give you a price. The security deposit for Senior Weeks are $1500.00 (that will hold the date and be given back to you after your stay, if place is the same after your stay as before) - This is pretty standard. Prices vary depending upon month/time of year, group size, etc. Since this is going out early, we are willing to work with everyone on a payment plan that can be outlined in your lease. If interested, just email with all dates and group size. Also, provide us with what you were willing to spend this way we can let you know if that is doable or not.
