The Gardens is an older neighborhood at the north end of Ocean City NJ, 65 miles east of Philadelphia. Ocean City is a dry town, but you can bring your own alcoholic beverages from home or nearby shops. The home is a 10-minute walk to the beach and 6 minutes to the bay (for sunsets); and 20-minutes to restaurants and boardwalk amusements.
I charge an extra fee for dogs, some breeds prohibited. Rents.

Typically Sundays at 2pm to the following Sunday at 10am.
No-fee application required. One month Security Deposit and $1000 advance on utilities. Utility payment history will be provided.
Approved dogs permitted. $150.00 dog fee, $100/additional.*
Must be 25 and over and maintain a current household.
*Some Dog Breeds Prohibited * Dog owners must have their own H/O insurance policy.
