A Local Cherry Hill, NJ Construction company is seeking an experienced person to work in the office and prepare Framing lumber & hardware material take-offs on projects for bid. You must have Construction experience and be able to read blueprints. Experience doing takeoffs for; Wood framing is required, and framing hardware, experience in Metal framing and Drywall is a big plus. Experience using construction Software is required (On Screen Take off). You should have excellent communication and written skills. Speak English, be responsible to come to work every day (5) days a week. You must have your own transportation. Experience working with MS-Excel and MS-Word. A minimum (3)+ years working with blueprints and estimating. Prior experience working for a construction company is required. Speaking Spanish is a plus.

Hours are M – F (8:00am to 5:00 pm) with 1 hour lunch. Salary position, (7) Paid Holidays, the company does not have an employee health benefit plan. Salary is based on years of experience. No overtime is paid.
