200 Watt High Power Amplifier: If your room is mid-sized, Aperion’s S-10 will lavish it with expansive depth and power. 200 watts of continuous power to be exact, thanks to the integrated amplifier. This 10'' subwoofer comes standard with line level and speaker level inputs/outputs, low pass crossover adjustment, phase adjustment, auto on/off switching, a detachable power cord and the occasional noise complaint from the people next door.
Dual Composition Enclosure: Aperion’s S-10 weighs in at a muscular 56 pounds. That’s 56 pounds of state-of-the-art components inside, 1'' thick High Density Fiberboard (HDF) and acoustic-damping proficiency.
Asymmetrical Internal Bracing System: Warning, standing waves are not welcome. That said, the Aperion S-10 employs an internal, asymmetric bracing system that brings standing waves to a halt. That, together with enclosure construction, a high power amplifier and a custom engineered long-throw driver, let’s just say your inner ear is about to become an erogenous zone.
High Level Inputs and Outputs: If you don’t have a sub-out connection on your receiver, you can use speaker level connections to run your subwoofer. Aperion’s S-10 and speakers connect directly to your A/V receiver via the 5-way binding posts.
Line Level Inputs and Outputs: Every Aperion subwoofer comes standard with a line level input that connects to any receiver’s sub-out. The line output on your sub is able to send a bass-managed signal back to your amplifier.
