We are seeking a detail-oriented and fast-paced Food Expediter to join our team.
We are a high volume restaurant looking for someone with passion for food and genuine interest in making dining out a pleasure for our guests
The Food Expediter plays a vital role in ensuring food quality, plate presentation and delivery is as our guest
This position serves as the key communicator between the kitchen and front-of-house to maintain quality, timing, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Review tickets for accuracy, timing, and special requests
Coordinate food orders between the chefs and wait staff
Ensure dishes meet presentation and quality standards.
Communicate clearly with chefs and servers to keep service flowing smoothly
Monitor ticket times and prioritize orders during peak service
Support the kitchen team to ensure exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a must… expo or line experience a plus
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
