Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated associate dentist to join our newly renovated office featuring 13 operatories and surgical implant suites. Whether you're an experienced practitioner or a new graduate, we encourage you to apply!
Compensation and Benefits:
Guaranteed Salary: $170,000 per year with potential up to $400K
Production Bonus: First-year compensation includes either a guaranteed salary or 32% of adjusted production, with quarterly bonuses based on higher production levels.
Signing Bonus: $10,000

Practice Features:
State-of-the-art equipment, including the latest Trios 5 intraoral scanner, Sprintray 3D printer and CBCT technology.
Opportunity to perform a variety of procedures: implant placement and restoration, molar endodontics, and surgical extractions with a handpiece performed in-office.
Work alongside a skilled team of 3 hygienists.
We operate on a PPO and FFS basis—no HMOs or Medicaid.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome!
A desire for continuous learning and mentorship in complex procedures.
