I raise Koi fish and Gold fish and other pond fish.
Ducks, Chickens, Geese and Guinea birds, pheasants, peacocks
A few smaller farm animals as well and many plants
I have a contracting and landscaping business.
I am looking for a farm space even if it needs to be restored or saved and
want atleast a 2 year lease or rent/lease option or owner finance.
Must allow for above ground pond/pools or let me add ponds
and build kennels, stables, sheds and workshops as needed. I have a hobby fish room and sell guppies, mollies, goldfish and so on sometimes.
hardworking father and Pop pop of 8. 50 years old and in great health.
WILLING TO WORK AS PART OF THE LEASE/SALE OF PROPERTY.
Must be able to live on property at start of lease / sale.
