Work starts immediately. Looking for a helper to prepare a rental property, including painting, house cleaning, minor repair, yard cleaning, etc. Will work full-time for the next one to two weeks everyday. Thereafter, if skills are met, one to two days a week on yard cleaning, cutting trees, minor carpentry, etc. Hourly rate: $18~$20/hr depending on experience and type of work, paid in cash.
No abusive substance.
Must be reliable and have transportation to work.
