Local real estate company managing approximately 25 rental properties across South Jersey is hiring a part-time handyman for ongoing maintenance and repair work. This is steady, consistent work — not a one-off gig.
Hours & Pay:
10-20 hours per week, flexible scheduling
Hourly pay (rate based on experience) plus travel reimbursement
Work is assigned as needed throughout the week
Work includes:
Minor plumbing (faucets, toilets, garbage disposals)
Electrical (outlets, switches, light fixtures)
Drywall patching and painting
Door/window repairs and hardware replacement
Appliance troubleshooting
Tenant turnover/make-ready work
Miscellaneous repairs as needed
What we're looking for:
Own tools and reliable transportation
Able to handle a wide range of common residential repairs
Responsive communicator — we coordinate work through text and photo updates
Available to work across the South Jersey area (Camden, Burlington, and surrounding counties)
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Must carry own liability insurance (preferred) or be willing to sign a liability waiver
