This is a used Getzen single-valve bugle. Manufactured in Elkhorn, WI, USA. All the slides move. The issue with this bugle is that something fell into the bell and is blocking the air flow. You can see what's blocking it way down the bell (looks like a rubber cork). Maybe you can make it a project and remove what is down there. I just don't have the time or tools to do it myself.
