Kodaira AST-50 classical guitar
I estimate it as being from the late 1980s to early 1990s, Pretty sure early 1990s.
Made in Japan the factory in junction with Asturias classical guitars.
The soundboard is solid cedar. The back and sides are laminated rosewood. This is a double ply of thin rosewood and not cheaper plywood as on cheaper guitars. The neck is straight and the action is low.
It does not have a Spanish neck joint but sort of next best thing it has a foot glued to the back and a block glued to the top near the front block. If you are an intermediate to advanced player- This is NOT your dream guitar. This is an entry level guitar yet it would probably beat anything at Guitar Center under $500. You would have to play it to see how you like the sound of it.
It is in remarkably good shape, hardly a tiny nick anywhere. One small nick on the front edge near the binding. Includes a case.
