We are seeking motivated and dynamic Appointment setters/ lead generation reps to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by contacting potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team. Duties
Conduct outbound business to business calling to prospective customers to generate interest in our roofing services.
Utilize telemarketing techniques to identify and qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and providing relevant information about our services.
Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and secure appointments.
Proven experience in inside sales, roofing sales, or business development is a plus
Familiarity with telemarketing practices and technology sales is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining records and follow-ups.
A customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a 3-month project (Term) with an opportunity for long-term employment
