I am a Talented Maintenance Technician who's out of work right now. I am looking for work doing what I love, "Fixing Shit" around the house. Carpentry: doors, trim, some sheetrock, etc. Electric: lights, switches, ceiling fans, receptacles, etc. Plumbing: traps, toilets, leaks, faucets, etc. H.V.A.C (epa certified) service, filter replacement, thermostat, checkup; making sure everything works and works properly.
