I am looking for Partner (s) . There are many different ways to get involved, Hands on : Involved in the Day to Day business side.
And or just the Business side ; FUNDING $$$ IF your are a busy Professional who has No Time to be involved in the Day to Day : ie: renovation, maintenance etc BUT want to Invest , we can DEF help each other, and make $$$. Together. Obviously the % would be discussed in person or . That’s it , pretty simple… I have bought many properties from Single Family homes, Duplex , Tri plex , 4 plex, Apt.s I want to expand to LAND acquisitions , Vacation Rentals Properties, ( NOT airBB ) & commercial Real Estate …..
I Started in RE in 1996 after Purchasing the “Carleton Sheets” NO Money Down course , as seen on TV !!!! Yes , IT worked….back then… NOW ? I think the Industry would laugh that program all the way outthe door !!
