Hey there, I am looking for a room mate, specifically, the RIGHT room mate. kind of a unique situation.
I live in a big old house, super convenient location close to stores, restaurants and all the major routes. You would have your own bedroom and access to the entire house except my bedroom/office. laundry in the basement, park in the driveway... sounds great right? the catch is i am a musician and rehearse with bands in the house multiple nights per week. usually between the hours of 7 and 9pm and sometimes during the day on saturdays. so while this would be ideal for someone who likes loud rock music and/or is themself a musician or is generally a chill and not uptight person, it probably would not work for many!
you: man woman or nonbinary, do not care. no pets, sorry. no cigarettes or hard drugs, this is non negotiable. Don't really care for drunks at this stage of my life but moderation is fine. yes you can vape in the house.
I am a somewhat private person and am looking for someone trustworthy, so ideally we could get to know each other a bit first. $1000 a month would include all utilities.
I am a man in my mid 30's, no current room mates. I work from home most of the time, if you do as well there would be plenty of space.
