1920’s Victorian Home located in the Cherry Hill, NJ area📍, and a short 15-20 minute drive into Center City/Philly. The house has high ceilings, three (covered up) fireplaces, wrap-around porch, sunroom, and almost an entire acre of greenery to enjoy. Common areas include: kitchen, mudroom, dining room, living/tv room, XL pantry, and parlor.
ABOUT THE ROOM
The furnished bedroom (~450 Square Feet) is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a private bathroom located immediately outside the bedroom on that same floor. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed/frame/linens, two sitting chairs, a 3-drawer dresser, small desk & chair, and closet. Overhead light & fan, personal window AC in the warmer months. Bathroom is tiled and has a wide vanity with storage, toilet, standing shower.
ABOUT THE HOUSE DYNAMIC AND OTHER FYIs
I live here full time and typically share this space with a couple of other grown, professional folks. I have been space sharing in my home for 2+ years and most folks who live here (besides me) are here for short-term stays like ~3 months (e.g. folks relocating for work that need something short/temporary/furnished) and/or others who have committed to 6+ month leases.
Must be OK with cats, as I have two! Cannot accommodate additional pet at this time.
