It is equipped with 2 night stands, 2 lamps, dresser, full size mattress (new) and box spring, flat panel tv, and a large double door closet. The rent will also cover electric, water, trash, wifi and washer and dryer together with the use of the kitchen.
The house also has a bus stop that is quite near, a supermarket, banking, restaurants, and sports bars are within walking distance.
It is also quite near to Pleasantville Shopping Center that has restaurants, entertainment, shops and numerous local businesses. The house is also near the Birch Grove Park and 15 minutes of commute to the Atlantic City Rail Line station.
Monthly rent will be as follows: $695.00 and $395.00 security deposit. The rent is payable in cash at or before the 1 st of the month.
Note: I do not allow pets, I have 3 sociable family dogs. You have to demonstrate income, no felony convictions, no excessive consumption of alcohol, no indoor smoking, I have a patio, and have to be of good moral character.
The location and peace of the neighborhood make it impossible to use this room very often. ( the previous tenant has been staying here 5 years )
