I have 2 rooms available. My daughter would be taking 2 rooms to herself. I we'll be here possibly once a month for doctor's appointments. Due to surgeries. Other than that, I will be staying with my fiancé, Mindy at her house. So there are 2 private rooms. One upstairs, one downstairs. 2 others are my daughters. Is 175 A week and up Depending on weather, the utilities are included or split 4 ways living room, kitchen, bathroom and laundry patio with pool table outback are all common area's one week's rent one week's the security to move in. New drugs, heavy drinking. Or smoking. If you do smoke marijuana, please smoke it outside. Must have proof of a job or a steady income. Females preferred. due to my daughter being here by herself with renters. There also is an ingrown pool. Depending on ever, everybody chips in to have it open and to have it closed. and chips in for chemicals, of course. The room is for a single occupancy, only.
