I am a older, middle aged male who is in good physical condition, and I am seeking long term living arrangements in either a HOUSE share with only ONE other person, or hopefully a Cottage or Guest House. (No apartments, condo's, or rooming houses!) I am retired from a state maintenance position in the DOC. My income consists of monthly Social Security, and also a small pension. Right now I am living in Clinton, NJ, in Hunterdon County, but I used to live in Monmouth County and would like to move back there.
Anyway, I am a responsible (800 credit score), quiet, clean, organized, non-smoking, non-drug taking, light social drinker, who does not have any pets. I am handy, and can possibly be helpful performing light maintenance or even as Caretaker. We would have to discuss a move-in date since I have to give the present owner/landlord at least 30 days prior notice.
