Prospect office buildings, warehouses, medical facilities, manufacturing plants, and commercial properties
Schedule appointments with decision makers
Conduct site walkthroughs
Develop long-term customer relationships
Qualifications
Previous B2B sales experience preferred
Self-motivated and comfortable with cold calling
Reliable transportation
Strong communication skills
