We’re seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to join our growing team in the artificial turf industry. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to learn valuable installation skills in a fast-expanding field.
What We’re Looking For:
-A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential
-Valid driver’s license
-Speaks English
-A positive attitude and the drive to grow with the company
Preferred (but not required) Skills:
-Experience with general construction or landscaping
-Ability to drive a truck with a trailer
-Operating light machinery (e.g., skid steer)
-Previous exposure to artificial turf installation

The large Pay gap is because majority of individuals that submit an application for our company do not have synthetic turf experience. Because of that, we implement an Advancement Program where at different levels you have new things to learn and when you learn new things and advance to the next level you get paid more.
