This copy is sealed but it appears who ever I bought it from in the past on Ebay did not tell me about the defects on this particular copy. Apparently someone may have ripped a price tag sticker or something on the back of this. I tried to take the best pictures possible but the back has a rip near the center right. It's small but it looks like a sticker was there. This is new and the disc has never been played. So 0 scratches but also if someone is a collector and doesn't even want to open it and just have a sealed copy of a game that would be good too.
