Got the bike as part of a trade. The katanas a low sitting comfortable nimble nostalgic bike and I always wanted one and I will get it another one one day but unfortunately I just don't have time or the motivation for this project, Plus I just got a CBR1000 so...
The bike has a beautiful vintage patina exterior with a natural rugged look classic custom faded paint and a windshield delete kit!
Has tears in the seat I'm assuming from wind peeling it off at maximum speeds.
Fun easy cheap spring project, restore it turn it into a street fighter hang it on your living room wall, with this bike the sky is the limit!!
I tinkered with the bike for a second last summer and has started up fine but then started idling extremely loud, do to that it made me jump n out of fear and due to my embarrassment at the time I covered it with a tarp and did not touch it since.
But the good news is the bike definitely runs and bad news is that you don't own it yet! 😁👍
The bike is not free I am asking about 500 bucks or trade for something cool
