I basically have a TaoTao scooter that has an electrical issue it stopped charging the battery and the rear tail light does not function as it should I even had to at one time bypass the headlight so it would work I cannot figure out where the short is that stopping the electrical system from charging the battery and allowing the headlight and tail light to function as it should if you know anything about wiring for motor scooters or motorcycles I would appreciate the help I cannot afford much but I will give you something for your time I just cannot afford to take it to a shop that works on motor scooters and motorcycles
